Profile

Co-Founder of the Association, Head of the Lie Detection and Profiling Sector at the Public Association “Kalkan”. For more than 15 years, he has specialized in instrumental methods of lie detection and profiling. He regularly conducts polygraph examinations of varying complexity, both for screening purposes and in the course of various investigations. He has participated in the training of more than 300 polygraph examiners from the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Mongolia, and the Republic of Tajikistan. He served for 14 years in the Internal Affairs agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He systematically enhances his professional qualifications by participating in international conferences, seminars, and round tables. He has regularly taken part in various seminars, international conferences, and round tables dedicated to the application of the polygraph and related fields. He has completed advanced professional training in the Russian Federation, Belarus, Ukraine, Bulgaria, and the United States. He is a speaker at various international conferences and seminars. He is the author of a number of publications addressing the application of the polygraph examination method, published both in Kazakhstan and abroad. In 2014, he successfully completed voluntary certification as a polygraph examiner at the “Expert” Center for Intellectual Psychophysiological Technologies of V. V. Korovin. From 2012 to 2020, he served as Executive Secretary of the Public Association “Eurasian Association of Polygraph Examiners.” Since 2014, he has been a member of the International Society of Polygraph Examiners (ISPE), headquartered in Philadelphia, USA. Since 2013, he has been an Honorary Member of the Public Association “Polygraph Examiner” of the Republic of Belarus. Since 2015, he has been an Honorary Member of the Public Association “College of Polygraph Examiners of Ukraine.” Awards and Honors Medal “For Impeccable Service in the Internal Affairs Agencies,” 3rd Class — awarded by the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for impeccable service. Anniversary Medal “20 Years of Polygraph Application” — awarded by the Association of Lie Detection Professionals of the Russian Federation for contributions to the development of the polygraph examination method. Medal “For Assistance to Justice” — awarded by the Association of Forensic Experts “MVI Expertise,” Moscow, Russian Federation, for the successful application of the polygraph in investigations. Medal “For Efficiency” in Professional Activity — awarded in 2014 by decision of the Organizing Committee of the National Business Rating of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on the results of the ranking of enterprises. National Certificate recognizing him as the Best Polygraph Examiner of 2015 — awarded by decision of the Organizing Committee of the National Business Rating of the Republic of Kazakhstan based on the results of the ranking of enterprises.
