Profile
Served in the Vilnius criminal investigation department and later in senior police posts in the city. From 1991 headed the operational intelligence service of the Vilnius police headquarters, later deputy head of operations at the Lithuanian Criminal Police Bureau and, until 2003, head of its strategic information service with the rank of police commissioner. Owner and director of Rimano biuras since 2007. Holder of private detective licence No. 1 issued after Lithuania's detective law came into force in 2016. Member of several international associations of private investigators.
